There are lots of different reasons that people read the Bible. For some it is to received guidance. For others it is in search of knowledge. For yet others it is to find comfort. And while all of these things are not bad reasons to search the Scriptures, Jesus tells us one thing about the Bible; it is all about Him. He is the very center of the story. He is the reason it was written. Abraham’s life, Moses’ life, David’s life, and the lives of all the other characters of Scripture are meant to point to Him.
