Thank you for your interest in serving at Trinity's Family Christmas party!  This is a great opportunity to serve as a family, small group or individual during the holiday season!

The volunteer positions needed are listed in this registration.  You can choose how and when you would like to serve at the event by making a selection during registration.  Please note, you may choose more than one position as long as the time frames do not overlap.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with details for the position(s) you have chosen.

In order to be sure we have all positions covered and we have enough time to communicate with all of our volunteers, please register no later than Sunday, December 1st.

We have indicated how many volunteers are needed for each category.  If your preferred service area is filled, please consider another area that is still available.

Below is a detailed schedule of the evening.  We will have the opportunity to serve 3 groups of guests.

Event Schedule
Group 1 - TKW Preschool Families & Guests

• 3:15pm - Preschool student drop off in FireHouse 
• 3:30-3:50pm - Preschool program in the Worship Center
• 3:50-4:15pm - Food and games in the Lobby
• 4:15-5:00pm - Crafts, games and cookie decorating on KidStreet
• 5:00-5:30pm - Christmas carols, candy cane hunt and a visit from St. Nicholas in the Worship Center

Group 2  - Trinity Early Childhood Center Families & Guests

• 4:00pm - Preschool student drop off in FireHouse 
• 4:15-4:35pm - Preschool program in the Worship Center
• 4:35-5:00pm - Food and games in the Lobby
• 5:00-5:45pm - Crafts, games and cookie decorating on KidStreet
• 5:45-6:15pm; Christmas carols, candy cane hunt and a visit from St. Nicholas in the Worship Center

Group 3  - Trinity Church Families & Guests

• 5:00-5:45pm; Food and games in the Lobby
• 5:45-6:30pm; Crafts, games and cookie decorating on KidStreet
• 6:30-7:00pm; Christmas carols, candy cane hunt and a visit from St. Nicholas in the Worship Center
