WHAT IS DISCOVER TRINITY?

What does it really mean to be a part of a church? Is it like joining a club or a social organization or is there more to it?

Discover Trinity is a time to learn about what it means to be a part of our community. We cover topics like our theology and what we believe, our mission and purpose, and talk about what it means to be a member.

During our time together we will have a chance to share stories, ask questions, and learn with others who are also on the same journey. Taking part in DISCOVER does not obligate you to become a member. It is just one way that you can learn more about what it means to be a part of this community.

Conversation is open and informal. So if you're looking for a church home or still exploring, we invite you to join us.

FORMAT FOR DISCOVER

We will be hosting these sessions in person. There are four parts. Each week we tackle a different subject as it relates to being a part of our community. Here are the sessions...

• DISCOVER Faith (March, July, Nov): in which we talk about our beliefs and theology
• DISCOVER Freedom (April, Aug, Dec): in which we talk about what it means to be a disciple of Jesus and how that shapes our everyday lives
• DISCOVER Community (Jan, May, Sept): in which we talk about being a part of Trinity, covering our mission, vision, values and what membership here is all about
• DISCOVER Purpose (Feb, June, Oct): in which we talk about our gifts and callings, and see how being a part of a church can equip and empower us to live lives of service and mission

WHO SHOULD REGISTER?

Adults, and Teens ages 12+ years interested in joining the church can join in. At least one parent should attend with their youth. Childcare is available for ages birth - 11 years old. Register each household individual who will be attending.
